Simple Prayer
11 03 2009Jesus told Zacchaeus that he wanted to go to his house and have dinner with him. Eating with someone is a sign of intimate friendship and this is what prayer invites us to. Look up Revelation (Apocalypse) 3:20
Bartimeus was in great need and even through he was blind he was the one who saw that Jesus could really help him. He cried out ‘Have mercy on me’. The Lord who ‘is rich in mercy‘ Eph. 2:4 wants us to lift our prayers to Him. Look up Luke 11:1-13 and Philippians 4:5-7
